Most Meetaways are 1 to 1.5 hours long. Attendees tell us that attending a Meetaway is at least twice as efficient as in-person networking events and often up to twice as socially draining per hour since there's so little downtime, which they appreciate. Simple Version: For stand-alone network events, we recommend you start promoting your event 2 weeks prior to the start date. For conferences, we recommend setting up your networking sessions along with your content sessions. They'll only take an hour or so to set-up and conferences often like to continue to make tweaks leading up to the conference. We've found organizers have success with Meetaways at all times of the day - morning, afternoon, and evening. So, the primary consideration should be your audience. Additionally, we've found a lot of organizers are running 1-hour networking sessions during working hours. Their attendees have typically found that easy to fit into their work schedule and can simply block it off as if it were a 1-hour video call. This option may be worth strong consideration.
