Who owns the data from the event?
Attendees own their own data, of course. They also license their data to the event organizer (and technically Meetaway, as well, so we can provide our service to them). Organizers have access to both real-time dashboards and live statistics as well as a multitude of downloadable reports that, essentially, provide organizers with all of the individual level data that we collect.
We also provide account owners on our Premium plan with a variety of reports that make it really easy to 1) analyze data across all events and 2) connect it to other data sets that you may have on attendees.
Our goal is to liberate the data so that organizers have access to all of the data for their events. Furthermore, we provide analysis and visualizations for key sets of data to help organizers quickly glean insights that help them understand their audience, their attendee's experience with Meetaway and run better events.
