What's the best way to monitor my event as it's happening?
There are a number of ways to know how everything is going:
We provide “Live Stats” to show you who is meeting in near real-time, which some first time organizers like to use for peace of mind that people are attending and the matches are being done well.
You’re welcome to attend yourself for the whole event or simply for a few conversations to see and experience how everything is going firsthand.
We’ve also seen a few organizers create a Slack back-channel for attendees to discuss their experience in case that’s a useful solution for you.
We also automatically include a basic wrap-up survey for attendees and share those results with you - there are available in the organizer dashboard on the "Edit Event" tab.
In almost all cases, attendees really enjoy the experience. Something has to have gone quite wrong for the feedback to not be overwhelmingly positive.
