What sponsorship capabilities does Meetaway provide?

Meetaway offers both the standard set of sponsorship capabilities and can also be used to provide sponsors with highly targeted 1:1 conversations with the attendees they most want to meet. This is often worth considerably more than all of the other sponsorship capabilities combined and can be monetized accordingly.

Preferential Matching - This is the most highly valued sponsorship capability. Once you designate an attendee as a sponsor, we'll match them to the people they request, whereas other attendees are matched based on mutual interest. In other words, your sponsors can show up to your event, request who they want to meet, and then meet those people one after the next.

Elevated in the Attendee Directory - Sponsors are also highlight in the directory so they're the first profiles attendees see. As such, they get more exposure and have more people request conversations with them.

Directory

Branding - you can add sponsor's logos to your meetaway which will be included throughout the attendee experience, including on the registration page, event check-in flow, and during video conversations. In other words, sponsor logos will be visible for more than 90% of the time attendees at your event (and it'll be done tastefully). Furthermore, you can include additional branding, links, and calls-to-action for sponsors within email copy for your event.

Kickoff Video - the first thing attendees see when entering an event is a kick-off video <link to kick-off video section> so this is an excellent time to grab attendees' attention. Organizers can either highlight their sponsor(s) in a kick-off video they record themselves or allow their sponsor to record the kick-off video they will feature.

Presenting Sponsor - many organizers will have a presenting sponsor for each of their networking sessions who they will highlight in the event title and description (example below).



Virtual events require organizers to get creative and rethink their value proposition to sponsors. Brand exposure and data on who viewed a sponsors' content is good, but that exposure and data is all in pursuit of starting conversations with relevant prospects and partners. Meetaway cuts out the middle steps and delivers sponsors real conversations.
