What if I'm having trouble receiving emails from Meetaway?
If you aren't receiving emails from Meetaway, please check your spam folder and your email settings on Meetaway. You may want to whitelist all emails from meetaway.com to ensure this isn’t a problem again in the future.
How to whitelist an email address:
Gmail:
- Open your Gmail account
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings"
- Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab
- Click on "Create a new filter" at the bottom
- In the "From" field, enter the domain you want to whitelist, using the format *@meetaway.com
- Click on "Create filter"
- In the next window, check the box next to "Never send it to Spam"
- Click on "Create filter" again to save your settings
Outlook:
- Open your Outlook account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "View all Outlook settings"
- Go to "Mail" and then "Junk email"
- Scroll down to the "Safe senders and domains" section
- Click on "Add" and enter the domain you want to whitelist, using the format *@meetaway.com
- Press Enter or click outside the box to save the email address
Yahoo Mail:
- Open your Yahoo Mail account
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "More Settings"
- Go to the "Filters" tab and click on "Add new filters"
- Name your filter (e.g., "Whitelist")
- In the "From" field, select "contains" and enter the domain you want to whitelist, using the format *@meetaway.com
- Choose the folder you want the emails to go to, usually "Inbox"
- Click on "Save" to finish creating the filter
Apple Mail (macOS):
- Open Apple Mail
- Click on "Mail" in the menu bar and select "Preferences"
- Go to the "Rules" tab and click on "Add Rule"
- Name your rule (e.g., "Whitelist")
- Set the conditions to "From" "Contains" and enter the domain you want to whitelist, using the format *@meetaway.com
- Set the action to "Move Message" and choose the "Inbox" as the destination
- Click on "OK" to save the rule
