One of my attendees is having problems with their webcam - what can I do?

We include a webcam test as part of the event check-in flow. As part of this, if someone has any problems with their equipment, we include a personalized self-help guide that suggests solutions based on the user's problem. We also include short (10-15 second) video clips showing which buttons to click to solve each problem, which are personalized to the attendee's browser and operating system so it works the exact same way.

Nearly everyone is able to get their equipment to work, but if someone reaches out to you with trouble then you may want to encourage them to:
1) Follow the steps in the guide
2) Try a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge)
3) Restart their computer

Additionally for events on our paid plans, we automatically include event support.
