How long does it take to set up a Meetaway?

Typically, Minutes. Setting up and running a Meetaway is similar to posting an event on Eventbrite or Facebook and typically takes new organizers anywhere from 15 mins to a couple of hours, depending on 1) how much customization (and optimization) they want to provide and 2) the degree to which they want to watch our video library content to understand the full scope Meetaway's options or preview their event software to understand exactly what attendees will experience.

Of course, this time estimate doesn't include marketing the event or sharing it with your audience.

Repeat organizers often set-up events in 5-15 minutes, depending on the amount of customization. Additionally, many organizers simply "copy" prior meetaways of theirs so it copies over all of the settings, matching logic, and email reminder copy and then they make adjustments to that content.

Once the event is set-up, it'll run without you needing to lift a finger.
