How does Meetaway minimize webcam and mic challenges?

We want Meetaway to be easy to use so we have created a webcam test that attendees go through as they enter the event. If anyone has trouble immediately passing, we provide a set of quick fixes that are personalized to the attendee's problem as well as their browser and operating system. We also include short (10-15 second) video clips to show them which specific buttons to click to resolve the issue, and since it's personalized to their browser and operating system, the videos match exactly what attendees see.
