# How do I cancel or postpone my event?

First, if you cancel or postpone your event, please notify your attendees.

Second, you can __cancel your event__ where you manage the event settings.  Click the "more options" 3 ellipses icon just to the right of the event links.  You can __postpone your event__ by going to the "core event" settings section and updating the start time.
