Does Meetaway integrate with other platforms I might be using for my virtual conference or virtual events?
Yes! We play nicely with other virtual conferencing products and have designed Meetaway to work well as the networking portion of a virtual conference or virtual events.
The vast majority of the time, no integration is needed on the back-end, although we do provide an API in case it’s ever warranted. Furthermore, we provide a quick guide to integrate with Eventbrite (see our video library for details). Meetaway also integrate with Zapier so you can use existing Zaps or create your own to pass data in and out of meetaway.
Additionally, we provide a variety of customizations for organizers that help our networking sessions fit nicely into your larger events:
Registration: you can bulk upload attendees and their profiles to our system or forgo registering attendees altogether.
Look and feel: with Meetaway's white label capabilities, your networking sessions will have your look and feel and we can set up the navigation so attendees are automatically rerouted back to your event
Custom Exit CTA: on the wrap-up survey, you can add a CTA to direct your attendees back to your conference or event
Downloadable Data & Reports: we provide organizers with a variety of reports that provide them with the raw data (and additional analysis) from our events so you can incorporate that into your data set for your own analysis.
