Can I guarantee my sponsor the specific conversations they want?

Yes, for the most part. Sponsors will meet the people they request to meet unless any of the following are true:

• If the attendee they want to meet doesn't show up, we can't match them.
• If the person they want to meet specifically requests to avoid that sponsor then we assume the sponsor would prefer to meet someone else.
• If you have many sponsors that all request to meet the same person, then that person may not have enough sessions to meet each of your sponsors.
• If the organizer choose specific matches for attendees (or for the sponsor) then those can impact sponsor's experience as well. Typically, we recommend letting sponsors submit their own preferences (so they can change them anytime).

As you can see, sponsors should nearly always meet the specific attendees they request to meet so long as those people attend.
